Note: If you've installed "Incubation: The Wilderness Missions" add-on CD, you do not need to download either of the two updates shown below. These were automatically included with "TheWilderness Missions" and you're currently up-to-date.

You must have Update 1.02 installed BEFORE you can update to 1.03!
Download this patch if you wanna play on Mplayer and humiliate newbies.
Instructions:
Download the inc_103e.exe update to your hard drive.
Double-click on the file, then click on 'OK.'
Click 'Yes' after it finds the directory where Incubation is installed.
After it updates, click on 'OK.'
Start Incubation again, you're now updated.

Lobby technology is now supported (making it Mplayer-ready).
Works with PCs that have partitioned hard drives and/or multiple CD-ROM drives.
The rate of acquisition of experience points has been adjusted in the difficult mode.
Minor problem with the use of stimulants has been fixed.
The skill points displayed in the Upgrade Menu for the explosion pack has been corrected.
The rest-function problem in connection with Bratt/commander has been eliminated.
The ending graphics during the exit sequence has been reworked (3Dfx).
The mission briefing for Halls #2 has been edited.
The problem with the bayonet has been repaired.
A rare bug in the last level has been corrected through the use of an update to the 3D engine.
PBM passwords are now encoded (and prior saved games can still be used).
The jetpack points cheat in the Upgrade Menu has been eliminated.
Instructions:
Double-click to start the self extracting patch.
Press "Y" and then [enter].
If you let Incubation install to the default directory
(C:\Bluebyte\Incubation), just press [enter] again.
(If it's installed in a different location, enter the path name and press [enter]).
Wait for it to complete, and close the DOS window (press "X" in the top-right corner).

If you're experiencing problems with the first two mission briefings being reversed, download these small files below and follow the simple instructions:
Right-click to download the files '_S_001.txt' and '_S_002.txt.'
Copy them to your Bluebyte\Incubation\Data\Txt\English\Briefing folder.
When Win '95 asks you to 'Overwrite?' the files, select the 'yes to all' button.
Restart Incubation and go to the 'Instant Action' area.
Note: If you didn't install Incubation into the default "Bluebyte\Incubation" directory, then substitute "Bluebyte\Incubation" with the name of the directory where you installed the game.
Free Levels
Here's a Christmas gift from the Incubation folks at Blue
Byte. The XMAS level (for the Instant Action feature) will put your turn-based skills to
the test. Don't expect any pretty reindeer or a jolly Saint Nick, just boatloads of mad,
man-hungry Scay'Ger ready to rip you to shreds.
The level takes place in a large hall with 5 ramps, lots of elevators, and 7 levers you
need to turn off. But that's only the half of it. The other part of the mission is to
destroy all the Scay'Ger, which isn't going to be easy. The level's design was based on
comments and feedback from Incubation fanatics who wanted a real challenge. So expect
plenty of Ee'Ther, a neverending supply of Ray'Coo, and lots of action. If you're up to
the challenge, you have only your wits and 2000 equipment points at your disposal. Good
luck, and save often!
Stratagem level
Ray'Ther and Gore'Ther have overrun the Power Station. It's up to you to wipe 'em all out
or fight your way into the northern room.
Larynx level
Scay'Ger are pouring out of the air ducts. Destroy the air ducts before you become a
Scay'Ger snack.
Embolus level
Only a door stands between you and your objective. Of course, on the other side of
this door are several bloodthirsty Scay'Ger ready to rip you to shreds.
Debaser level
The Slaughterhouse might be a better name for this mission; the hall is crawling with
Scay'Ger. You'll have to move fast and use your ammo wisely if you want to make it out
alive.
Capstanio level
Switches, Platforms and Scay'Ger, Oh My! Master all three to avoid ending this mission
as an oozing red clump of flesh.
Sentinel level
It's seems your persistent slaughter of the Scay'Ger has begun to upset them. Battle
your way through a gauntlet of cranky mutants to the lookout post.
Installation
-Double-click on the self-extracting Level Pack file.
-Click on 'Unzip' to install the new levels.
*Note: If you didn't install Incubation to the default directory (C:\Bluebyte\Incubation), enter the your path name and click 'Unzip.'
-Click 'OK' then 'Close.'
-Start Incubation.
-Go to the "Instant Action" area, enter a name and start the new levels.
